Our ambition is to offer you the best of roman and italian tradition. Even if we are only a few steps away from Fontana di Trevi, we want to change the idea of turist restaurant. A tourist restaurant it’s not, and should not be, a tourist trap!
We are part of AIC ( Italian celiac association). We prepare our pizza in a sepearate laboratory to avoid every kind of contamination. THe ingredients of our gluten free pizza are:ORGANIC brown rice flour,ORGANIC buckwheat flour ,sour dough and extra virgin olive oil. We serve organic pasta as well that we can prepare with whatever sauce you want. And we don’t forget the dessert : home made tiramisu ,cheese cake ,panna cotta ,cake ecc…everything is home made.
