Our fresh pasta is prepared daily with Organic Semolina from Molino Silvestri and fresh pasteurized egg. Bacon comes from Norcineria Bomarsi ( Sutri). we have a 30 month seasoned ham from the famous Antica Ardenga, speck from Dobbiaco’s Kofler and our mozzarella is from ” Caseificio Lupo ” ( Caggiano, Napoli). Several kind of meat we use like minced meat, hamburger,meat ball,strip beef… are Biologic and come from ” Fattoria Lucciano” (Viterbo).
